All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

The average shipping time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to customs clearance procedures.

  • External factors beyond our control (such as carrier disruptions or weather conditions) may impact delivery times.

To offer a curated international collection, orders may be shipped directly from our international fulfillment partner.

As a result:

  • Shipments may originate from outside your country of residence.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply depending on local regulations.

  • Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

5. Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer.
