1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact.

Items may be tried on for fit, but must not show any signs of wear.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the deliberate intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.
Hudson & Co. Vancouver reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

Contact us at info@hudsoncovancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you will receive the return address of our international fulfillment partner.

The item must be shipped back at the customer’s expense, including any applicable international shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we cannot process returns without confirmed delivery.
Please note that we operate with international fulfillment partners to offer a curated global collection.
3. Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes:

Customs charges (if applicable)

Import duties or clearance costs
Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
We reserve the right to deduct any costs resulting from damage, wear, or missing components.
5. Liability & Address Responsibility

Hudson & Co. Vancouver is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
