At Hudson & Co. Vancouver, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Return Conditions

A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received.
Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
Items may be tried on for fit, but must not be worn.
Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.

Return Process

Submit your return request by contacting us at info@hudsoncovancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
The item must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable shipping fees or customs duties.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved upon inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.

Liability

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages when tracking indicates that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
